Assitive Touch is an Android app developed by Assistive Touch TM (Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, Viet Nam).

Assitive Touch first became available on 12 May 2016. It is estimated that Assitive Touch has been downloaded between 100000 and 500000 times from the Play Store.

Assitive Touch 9 requires the following permissions:

Allows an app to access precise location. Alternatively, you might want ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows an application to clear the caches of all installed applications on the device.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String).

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_SYSTEM_ALERT, shown on top of all other apps. Very few apps should use this permission; these windows are intended for system-level interaction with the user.

Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
